I recently had a knee replacement 3 weeks ago....I received this phenomenal gel as a gift from Ms Keiona.....let me tell y'all, this gel is the REAL DEAL HOLYFIELD💯💯...I applied a small amount on back n side of my knee...the cooling effect is sooo good it calmed the inflammation in my knee as well as gave it a tingling feeling to let me know it was working! 30 mins later the stiffness in my knee was reduced and I could bend my surgical knee more than I could before!!!
