Goats Milk Salt Soak
Epsom Salt- may soften skin, reduce inflammation, and strengthen the skin barrier, to keep skin hydrated. Reduce inflammation, muscle aches, and tension. Can help relieve stress (magnesium deficiency may induce anxiety, depression, and stress)
Himalayan Pink Sea Salt- Himalayan salt baths might be a good way to treat acne on hard-to-reach areas of the body where breakouts occur, such as the back or shoulders. Mineral baths have been shown to have benefits for people with psoriasis or eczema. They can reduce scaling, redness, and irritation.
Ingredients: Epsom Salt, Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, European Sea Salt, Dried Roses, Fragrance.
Directions: Add about 1/4 of the soak per bath and let dissolve for a minute or two before enjoying the aroma experience. Soak at least twice per week.
